Three tiers.
The structure below is a starting point for us to shape together. The premium tier is the offer the business is built around; the other two exist so a brand always has a way in and a way up.
- One premium long-form YouTube sponsorship
- High-quality sponsor integration
- Professional campaign execution
- Sponsor communication and management, start to finish
- YouTube integration below premium weight
- Instagram support alongside it
- Same qualification standard, same execution
- Same sponsor management and follow-through
- Instagram promotion
- A real working relationship, at a small scale
- The natural first step toward a longer partnership
I own all responsibilities around the sponsorship deal, except the content production and publishing.
The objective is simple: remove as much operational and administrative work from you as possible, so your attention stays where it actually earns — making the content.
Vetting
Every inbound opportunity is filtered before it ever reaches you. I research the tool and the company, check the payment terms, and ask the only question that matters: is this something you could genuinely recommend without it costing you anything with your audience?
Communication
Sponsor conversations, negotiation, and every follow-up run through me. Replies go out in hours, not days — and no conversation goes quiet because nobody owned it.
Execution & money
Invoices coordinated, payments tracked, timelines managed, deliverables coordinated. Every partnership executed professionally from first contact through to completion — and the money chased until it has actually landed.
You never open a blank page, and you never miss a date.
This is the part you asked for most directly. Not creative control — creative preparation, so every sponsored video arrives with the thinking already done and nothing sponsored ever slips through the schedule unnoticed.
Ideas, researched
High-quality content ideas researched ahead of every sponsored campaign — angles, hooks, the unique value proposition, the use cases that actually land for that sponsor and that audience.
Titles and thumbnails
Multiple title concepts and multiple thumbnail concepts for each sponsored video, with the reasoning attached — supported by what's worked on the channel before and what the market is responding to now.
Hypotheses, not opinions
Every creative suggestion arrives as a well-reasoned hypothesis for discussion, with the evidence behind it. You're the final judgment — my job is to make that judgment cheap to exercise.
The sponsorship calendar
A maintained calendar of every sponsored commitment, with advance reminders on what's coming and when it goes live. Sponsored content is planned into the publishing schedule deliberately, not squeezed in against a deadline.
Never at the audience's expense
Revenue that costs you goodwill isn't revenue — it's a loan against the thing that makes the channel worth sponsoring. Every brand clears the same bar before it gets near your calendar: do we use it, do we believe in it, is the company real, are the terms sane, and would you feel good featuring it. A deal that fails one doesn't get scheduled, whatever it pays.
A reliable system. More revenue without more admin effort.
The objective is to build a sponsorship operating system that reaches the agreed weekly target consistently — and then keeps reaching it, because the same disciplined things happen every week whether or not anyone feels like doing them.
Not an average across a good quarter. A weekly operating target the whole process is designed around — which is exactly why the system matters more than any single deal. One great month followed by a quiet one is the outcome I'm building to make impossible.
Six disciplines
- Better sponsor qualification
- Professional communication
- Disciplined follow-up
- Strong creative preparation
- Reliable execution
- Continuous optimization of the process
